This year, our PCC Users' Conference theme is: Promoting Caring Communities. (PCC! Yes!!) Communities are all around us. Towns, neighborhoods, and PTO’s are easy to see. Other communities, such as online communities, are sometimes harder to find. Pediatricians make up their own community of people who care for children which is a part of a larger community of people who care for people. This year’s courses, ranging from practice management to office security, relate to promoting you as a part of a caring community.

Courses will be taught by both PCC experts and outside instructors. And as always, we will work together to foster a collective repository of tips, tricks, and best practices to help our PCC community.

Registration is included in your Care Plan for all PCC customers with a currently active Care Plan agreement.

July 21 - Preconference & Welcome Reception

Preconference: PCC Workflow Roundtable, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Join this guided discussion to find out how other practices are making PCC tools work for them. We will cover workflow considerations and compare notes on these newer and sometimes overlooked PCC Tools: Appointment Book, Checkin, Patient Portal, Payments, Eligibility, Policies, Forms, Charge Posting. Come with your questions. This class is the perfect forum for asking questions and learning how to tailor PCC tools to the needs of your practice. Be sure to include your high-priority discussion topics when you register. These discussions will be client-driven and interactive. Space is limited.

Evening Welcome Reception, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Also planned for July 21 is our evening Welcome Reception, from 6 to 8 p.m. Pick up your UC T-shirt and bag and mingle with fellow attendees. It's also the perfect opportunity to chat with PCCers and pick their brains about which courses would most benefit you.

July 22-24 - Users' Conference

The PCC UC continues July 22-24 with our main event - three full days of courses custom-designed to help your doctors and staff navigate an increasingly complex health care environment and make smart decisions regarding your practice's clinical and financial health.

Breakfast and lunch are provided for all attendees and registered guests.

Thursday, July 23rd - Big Bash

​​​​​Come and join us for the Big Bash aboard The Spirit of Ethan Allen! Attendees and registered guests will enjoy a sit down dinner as they take in the breathtaking views of Burlington, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the New York Adirondacks as we cruise Lake Champlain. This is a great opportunity for some delicious food, while socializing with your peers and PCC staff in a beautiful setting. Registration is required as space is limited.

Guest Registration

PCC's Guest Registration options allow your traveling companions the choice of attending UC meals and special events, including breakfast and lunch at the conference on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Option 1: Includes all conference meals (breakfast & lunch at the conference Wednesday, Thursday & Friday), the Big Bash event on Thursday and includes a conference t-shirt. Registration fee is $200.

Option 2: Attendance to the Big Bash event only. Registration is $75.

Guests are not admitted to conference classes. There are no extra fees for registered guests ages 6 and under.

Plan Your Trip

Remember to book your room online or via phone (802-865-6600, referencing the PCC 2020 Users' Conference as the group name) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington, as well as your flight if you are traveling by plane.

The discounted rate for hotel rooms in the PCC block is $182/night plus tax. Reservations must be made by June 28th and rooms are subject to availability.
